It's been quite the week for little Max. He has all sorts of new things happening in his world, and he certainly seems to be enjoying them...for the most part.
This week marked the arrival of two new teeth! One of them has already pushed its way through the gums, and the other is lurking patiently, waiting for the right time to attack. Max is happy that he can now put teeth marks in spoons and (mom and dad's) fingers, but the rest of the experience has him a bit unhappy. Luckily, we have teethers to help with that.
He's also getting some serious practice with his sitting. He seems to enjoy it much more than tummy time, so he'll almost certainly be sitting on his own for extended periods of time before he manages to roll over on his own. Oh, well.
We also managed to briefly switch him over to oatmeal for a few days. I say briefly because the last few days have been a bit...harrowing. Not sure if it was before or after the oatmeal started, but he managed to throw us a few crazy diapers over the weekend. One of them resulted in an immediate banishment to the tub.

We may or may not be able to get a new video up (time allowing) later this week. Until then, Max will just have to sign off for us. Literally.
