Yes, he would like some wine with that cheese

We've had ourselves yet another eventful week in Max's life. His cruising is improving, but not so much that he was able to avoid injuring himself (thrice) this week. His crawling is pretty much perfect (much to our chagrin). His face...well, it seems to be doing this new thing.

Cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeese!

Gets us every time. We're doomed.

Time continues to play tricks on us, with Max reaching ten months in what seems like at least...forty (Christy would say two). He continues to confound with new and exciting behavior on a daily basis, and all the while we can't help but shrug and smile at him.

10 months, of course, means a new set of monkey pictures.

Monkey!

Oh, so we're ad libbing now. Fine.

Nothing I can say here will do this photo justice.

Now we're grabbing our own props from nearby. I should have listened to my agent when he told me to never work with kids or monkeys.

Then of course there's that new behavior I was talking about.

This banana was supposed to be Christy's snack. You can see how well that worked out.

Max also got a chance to get out of the house and see the world for Mikey's second birthday (Happy birthday, Mikey!)

You know, the cat at home won't let me get near her. I like you.

I wonder if he's used to kids...

No comment, just love the expression.

What're you lookin' at?

You can tell a really good toy by the number of parts in the package.

Having skipped his nap and spent all day playing with cats and blocks...well, you know the rest.

We still have tons of video just sitting around awaiting free time. You'll know when they're done. You can see the rest of the photos from this week by clicking here. Have a great week, everyone!
