Took some one-off photos and couldn't resist sharing them.

Really, these would be best presented side by side under the title, "The Evolution of Cheese".

Early cheese barely resembles fully formed cheese at all. It is slack, somewhat listless even.

As cheese evolves, it becomes more fully formed. The eyes tighten, the cheeks take on their dimples, and the lips curl at the edges. Then, suddenly...

CHEESE!

And no, he's not wearing pants. That's how we roll.
